How do I login to the webinar?
Use the link to the adobe room provided through your webinar confirmation email.
When you get to the Adobe make sure the button that says Enter as a Guest is checked.
Put in your First and Last Name
Select Enter Room
The host of the Adobe Room will allow you entry. This may take a few minutes.
How do I hear the Workshop?
There are two ways to hear the workshop audio.
- Audio through your computer speaker:
- The link to the room will automatically give you access to audio through your computer speaker.
- Make sure the volume on your computer is turned up.
- You will need to interact with the instructor through the chat pod as he/she will not be able to hear you.
- Audio through a phone line:
- This is a great option if you are experiencing internet issues, or do not have working speakers on your computer.
- When you call in using the conference line below you will hear the presenter through your phone.

- You can access the conference line through a cell phone or land line.
- Please remember to mute yourself, so all participants cannot hear you.

How do I communicate with the instructor?
During a grant webinar you will interact with the instructor by typing questions in the chat pod. He/she will either type responses or answer out loud. If you call in on the phone line you will NOT answer questions aloud. Please remember to mute yourself, so other participants cannot hear you.
The instructor will also teach you how to use the Adobe controls during the workshop to answer questions and raise your hand to ask questions.
