I cannot attend the training date I selected. How do I attend a different date?

Do I need to have my Reflex account set up before training?
You do not need to have your account set up. We will go over most aspects of the account during training, but you do not need to go into your account. The pieces you learn during the webinar will be applied after.
I cannot access the webinar. Where do I find my link to get in?
You were sent a confirmation email containing details for setting up your account and attending the webinar. This section pictured below contains details with your date/time. The Training Webinar Access is a link that you click directly on it will take you to the webinar.
If I come to the webinar late can I rewind it to view the items I missed later?
The webinar is live, so you will not be able to view it after. You can attend another training and view just the pieces you missed.
How long is the webinar?
The webinar is around 90 minutes. It can take up to 2 hours depending upon the amount of participants and the number of questions asked.
I did not copy the links the instructor gave us. How can I access those?
All of the links should have been sent to you in an email generated from the workshop sign in. If you did not receive this email you may not have signed in correctly, so you should contact Ali.Legra@ExploreLearning.com to make sure you signed in correctly.
