Reflex math combines research-proven instructional methods with adaptive game-based technology to help students of all ability levels develop fluency with their math facts. A typical Reflex session begins with a two-minute fluency check, approximately three minutes of coaching, and five or more minutes of fluency development games. It is important to note a typical Reflex session is NOTย time-based, but based on the number of facts the student answers correctly. Once a student answers a certain number of facts correctly on a given day, the Green Light – located in the upper right corner of the screen – illuminates. For best results, you want your students to get to the Green Light at least 3 days a week, and be sure to recognize student effort and success!
